Participants are matched with scientists who guide teachers through the process of doing original research. In addition, teachers work with scientists and educators to translate their research experience into hands-on laboratory activities for their students. The seven-week program begins June 27th and ends August 12th, 2011 on the campus of The Rockefeller University in Manhattan.  </description>
